...so reading between the lines IMO the money was to be held in TV2 account to satisfy asx guidelines to try and relist and maybe raise further money?, asx probed further, while the money was in the account a few investors gathered together to launch legal action thereby freezing the money in the account so theres something to get back atleast, this IMO may not trade again and a class action may be launched
