If I were a holder I would be turning my mind to examining what happens if this goes against TV2?

Now ... even though TV2 is not the subject of the claims per se - nonetheless - the ~$5,000,000 in funds they are relying upon are now subject to the legal action.

And given the ASX stance it seems that others have doubts as well.
"... until the legal proceedings are satisfactorily resolved and the ASX is otherwise satisfied that the Company’s ongoing operations are adequate, and the Company’s financial condition is sufficient, to warrant the trading suspension being lifted." (My bold)

Now ... remind me ... who has rights to acquire (or rather re-acquire) the IP from TV2 for a mere $1 ... yep it's ... ??? ... worth considering / discussing ... I think!
