How did you come up with this calculation? they promised 430-450 million distribution to shareholders with exchange rate of 0.715. with current exchange rate we wil get 28 million less which makes the distribution to 402-422 million. if you divide this numbers by 468 million shares then we get something between 0.85 to 0.90 and keep the shares of PSC2.0.
I will sell my shares at around 0.89-0.90 which i missed that in the past couple of times.
