    I have included my calcs below as I started to get a little concerned about these AUD movements. It's not as bad as I thought. I have assumed that PSC retains a total of $50m AUD. We should still have around $1 of value per share fully diluted.

    Hopefully the AUD pulls back a little in April when the transaction is expected to be completed. Actual payout will not occur until July.
