These _'s (fill in your own noun) are selling out without us knowing then one day they execute the swap and go from say 5% to say 1% or 0 % overnight leaving us wondering whaaat?
I suppose to be fair the counterparty will probably bob up at the same time but if it's a current sig. SH the whaaat? may be WTF.
That's how I interpret it.
