Makes sense from Old Peak's point of view, but doesn't do much for maintaining market transparency. They've basically used it as a way of shifting 10M shares without it being visible until now. I like MLX as a business, and since Brett has been in the chair it has been quietly well run (very quietly. They hardly swamp us with announcements!) But the share register has always been pretty murky with a lot of related entities, so it's far from obvious who is pulling the strings.
