yes noise - the SP is driven by Tin price and cash flow . Severely undervalued with a very low EV. Where was OP selling impact 18 months ago ! When Tin was up and cash flow was supercharged the SP reacted accordingly. OP selling has little affect vs cash flow . Many stocks trade under the radar for months and years then fake off . MLX is simply one of those stocks and OP is used as the primary justification which it is not ImO . I have seen this disconnect of SP to value many times before with No insto selling
