There is no way this company can be viable with that level of debt and on-going costs. I vote NO to everything. It will give me more satisfaction to see the company wound up and assets sold to third parties than to shafted by the krauts. (Do they actually expect existing shareholders to subscribe for more shares in this Bismark ????)
