    re: Ann: Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Me... my read is the Brookefields folks (think they owned ~62% of BAO) can't vote, but probably have consulted other major shareholders of the proposal, but if someone need to block it, may need to buy lots of shares on the market from now till 24.09??
