Attention all REX shareholders - read and study the Notice of Meeting and the Independent Expert report from Leadenhall. They are saying the PAG proposal is not fair (but it is reasonable) to REX shareholders. Leadenhall conclude the value of REX shares is less after the transaction than before. I’m very surprised there have been no comments on HC. The 23 December release date could seen as cynical.

Whete is the push from directors or minority shareholders to hunt out and negotiate a better deal? If REX’s main city prospects are as good as Alonso tells us, its time to find a better capital raising deal! Director’s hands may be tied, so its time for minority shareholders to speak up loudly and put up a fight!
