How do we get our hands on what detail was in the notice to CBZ...

How do we get our hands on what detail was in the notice to CBZ executive. I would like to read just what the dissenters have to say so that I can make an informed decision. If the current board has nothing to hide then why not publish the document, defamatory or not. Are they scared that the document may raise some questions on their ability to run the company? We as shareholders are being left in the dark as to what this is all about.
