It is how it is possible for a minority holding to control a company and do things that are not necessarily in the interests of shareholders .
I have just voted online .
This is a very important vote .
Every share will count .
Generally most retail investors don't bother to vote .This is not a vote to ignore if you value your shareholding.
I think the vote will be close and every share will count .
