Due to the BOD failing to invest and or return the substantial cash holding I will be voting AGAINST the Renumeration Report Adoption (Resolution 4) and FOR Spill Resolution (Resolution 5)To continually praise themselves about the total dividend pay out over the past 11 years without highlighting what a low pay out ratio to profits over the same period is insulting.Have a look at FMG,FEX dividend payouts and ratios .
