First, a few facts that are scattered through various announcements and threads, Xped 101.... the Wrath of Con.... January 2020 Con takes control of Limited with a paltry 250k AUD. At this time, no problem between Heuresy and Xped beyond technical delivery slippage. New management, in their wisdom, failed to pay 30k AUD in rent, causing the seizure and subsequent destruction of software and systems. This triggered a problem. Apart from the 250k USD payment made to Xped, some further 600k USD cash was spent in support and a 9.75m USD signed contract was dependent on delivery. New management, not old, was directly responsible for this failure. Clearly new management wanted to do something else, (see last years debacle deal announcements ), and all the IP was left to perish. Indeed, some of it did perish for failure to pay fees. Rather than sue the company for everything, pay the lawyers half and watch the IP perish in the battle, I chose to cut a deal. My deal, left Limited alive and rescued the IP which was weeks away from worthless. The sows ear, called Xped Holdings is a 200k a year sinkhole unless turned into a silk purse with IP deals, not an easy task. Limited got off lightly. Now, as to my cutthroat behavior, a look at Xped Holdings will see Chris Wood as a Director and he is a significant stakeholder, once John Schultz is six months off the board of Limited, he too can come and claim his stake should he choose to, hardly the act of ruthlessness some would attribute to me. Clearly not enough mirrors in some households. Could have kept it all, I didn’t. Other Significant stakeholders such as Will Graylin, the co-inventor and implementer of SamsungPay make it so I’m not even majority stake at the end of the day. I/we don’t need to rescue Limited, but I’ll give it a shot, or not, on my timeline. I’ve expressly not asked anyone to trust me, and I don’t care if you do or not, if my white hat looks black, I may as well go put the black one on. The Xalles deal payments and revenue btw is worth more than the entire market cap of Xped Limited.... small announcements first.... I’m going to get on with business, he says, walking away shaking his head.
