When I asked Julie specifically whether CIMC should be considered a related entity she specifically denied this. She claimed that they had been careful to ensure an arms length relationship and that Con had abstained from any decision making or influence on any decisions made by them.
I told her that was BS then and I'll say it again here, but without complaints to ASIC they will of course get away with it. C'mon people, you should be really pissed at this!
