The more important question is how well they sell to the licensees.
As far as AZK being the wrong shell. We'll they have got the funding together, having Metal's X behind them has been solid. Also from BrainChip's point of view they wanted a vehicle that they could retain as much control over the IP as possible and it looks like a very favourable agreement for them once the listing is finalised.
I am yet to see what will convince holders to load up before the relist and hold through suspension, but I would expect that has been considered and will become clear.
Isn't Peter Wall the shell magician, wouldnt he be pulling strings behind the scenes?
