the assumptions many built along the way that it was going to be a tick box after box event with no hiccups is ludicrous, I wouldn't even classify any recent announcements as hiccups, its called due diligence, when significant deals surrounding game changing tech is involved, the parties involved all have interests and they all need to negotiate carefully.

Point me out a better spec stock - I cant find one - this could change everything, not just 1 area
