I agree Phillip, in my humble opinion in FAR we have one of the better management teams in a specie you can get and it is because of their talents that the SP is where it is at the moment so IMO they deserve to be rewarded, I bet when the SP hits 35-40cents on appraisal your sentiments will be slightly different!!!
