Why vote no? It's petty and mean-spirited. To describe them as fat cats is also more than a bit harsh in my opinion. They're anything but. Bloody hard working and highly capable.
My view is that they have performed and they should be both remunerated and incentivized for it.
The thought given to takeover scenarios is more interesting. If the inevitable happens you can call them fat cats then.......
