I think the Board has misjudged the mood of the shareholders if it thinks that the primary reason to vote up this package is their unanimous recommendation. The history of dilution and incompetence would suggest that it is always safer to vote against the Board. I doubt that it would have been unanimous if Mr Buckhorn were still present. How much has he lost since the last AGM?
