Revised (Corrected) How-To-Vote Suggestions:
- Resolution 1: No! (We need to send a *strong signal* to BMM/Edison that we're not their bitches!)
- Resolution 2: Yes. (Our existing constitution is 13yo (adopted 2006) and needs a refresh to reflect updates to the Corporations Act and also ASX Listing Rules.)
- Resolution 3: No! (Why reward a dysfunctional Board with an increased Director's Fee pool. Kick some goals, then come back to us!).
