I am voting to increase the director's fee pool to $200,000.

The increase is a very reasonable increase taking into account the austerity salaries implemented in 2013/2014 and increase to 5 directors.

In fact, I would be happy to increase the director's fees significantly more. You get what you pay for. If you whingers (as Highman very aptly puts it) want some low-brow mongoloids running the show then by all means, pay them poorly and see how you go.

I, on the other hand, am excited to see the experienced directors who have come on board and look forward to seeing what they can do.


Edit: I'm also very pleased with the progress our company has made, so this "put runs on the board first" attitude is nonsense in my view.
