So true, if you want to keep the pay pool the same as in the past then visual/realized progress will follow the same form as it has done in the past. (not to say they haven't done anything) But at this stage of the game, it is time that they up'd the anti and go full noise to make the transition to producer, then those that can't see the "behind the curtain" progression will appreciate what is happening.
The old saying spend money to make money... And I must re-iterate, 75k is stuff all in the scheme of things. There will come a time when the gold is flowing that you'll be voting for individual director raises to that tune.
