    If I read correctly it is an increase of the total paid to all directors, your response implies it is one salary increase to $200k. Given that the company has just appointed 2 new (seemingly) high profile directors, presumably to help with the AMER process/moving forward now that the company has the ability to do so, it makes enough sense?
