what % of original raising... are you serious?
They are proposing to increase the pay pool of directors by 75k, after appointing extra directors.
Original cap raising would have raised $12m, so .6%, whats the point in announcing the intentions of that? I would have thought it would fit well within the last point of "general working capital".
Bunch of whingers if you ask me, seems as though the company is moving forward and making progress, if that means bringing more experience to the table to make things happen then so be it.
