I don't hold BNB or Notes. I Do won shares in satelites.

Is the 20%pa restructuring deal through regardless? Surely its is stepping way over the line to accept that deal when the board / directors know that share and note holders would be worse off by accepting it.

Scenario one:
Accept the bank rescructure so notholders can walk away with 30c in the dollar. Seems reasonable through still a bad outcome for noteholders

Scenario two:
Acceot the bank offer knowing that it gives share and note holders even less chance of getting anything back. Surely that is unconscionable conduct. I'm no lawyer but there muct be some precedent to this rort?
