I would not waste time with ASIC. UBI is a US (Delaware) incorporated company. Write an email to one of the no win no fee lawyers that specialise in securities law. They will take a look at what has occurred and if there is a case will quickly launch a class action law suite. Portnoy Law, The Rosen Law Firm and Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman are all good at this. They will do all of the work and will not charge a fee without success. You just point them towards the issue and if there is a case they will sniff it out and go after the directors individually and after the company D&O insurance provider for compensation, in exchange for a share of the winnings.
