@balken - I agree with much of what you say. However, were I disagree significantly is in your assessment that the CR is “slightly dodgy”….. it is very dodgy.

I have a pair of big boy trousers and even when I put them on this CR is egregious. Treat all shareholders broadly fairly and I will CR with you until my hearts content. Put in place a CR that massively benefits one shareholder over all the other and was not immediately necessary and I think it is very reasonable to question the boards judgment. As a secondary issue and if you were to accept the CR at face value, they have messed up the whole process to such an extent it calls in to question their competence.

I voted my shares yesterday against all the resolutions. No downside to this for me. Either get a deal that I think is fairer or get to participate in the CR as proposed.
