Basically, those who purchased shares on FDA announcement (i.e. 18th March) are not allowed to vote. This will help reduce no vote I guess.
Obviously, correct me if I am not wrong but does this mean those who bought on or after 18th March won't be able to vote at the meeting and also they won't get to participate in 15c discounted share capital raise ?
Not, sure why people even buying now after reading this announcement?
