I'd vote YES if it was a SP based target. i.e. if/when the SP reaches 30c then award the directors with a bonus. Not really keen on this plan as it presents itself right now.
Don't the directors already have entitlements coming if they declare Commerciality? Let's get over that hurdle first hey?
I have to admit. This is the first proposal from FAR management that I couldn't get behind at face-value.
Disappointing but I'm hoping this is, in some way, illustrating that good things are coming from BEL-1
