If there were "numerous reasons" SAS looks like a good investment to institutions the CR would be underwritten.
As for your other question: I held SAS, got stopped out but am fascinated at just how emotional holders get with this stock. It's like every rookie error you can think of (lack of diversification, no stop loss, capital allocation, etc etc) is transparently playing out for all the world to see in slow time. The emotion is always a factor with share ownership but when it comes to SAS it seems dialled up to 11.
Additionally, SAS was listed as part of a wider government push for Israeli start ups to list on the ASX and my background is in finance and policy so watching how this policy (disaster) plays out is of interest as well.
