I agree. Providing they get the full 15M and can place that order with GOM and pre-book the launch, then everything will fall into place. Sure, there is a lot of dilution, but i would prefer dilution over VA. And I still see real potential to make a few dollars out of this, given this sector is expected to significantly grow over the coming years.
