Those 2 parcels of 375,000,000 can be bought at 0.025c so SAS once IF ever it goes beyond that price can receive $18.750,000 that’s if all take up the offer and you will add 750,000,000 to the dilution but at least they will get the extra cash.
So total dilution will be
2,175,014,261
1,500,000,000
375,000,000
375,000,000

TOTAL OF 4,425,014,261
I have no calculator currently but that’s the figure I get.
Just under 4.5 billion shares.
So it’s very very very safe to say that SAS unfortunately will not exceed over 3c at all for years I’m tipping.
The institution’s will have 2.4 billion shares to play with 1.5 billion at 1c and 750,000,000 at 0.025c. If they buy in.
As long as they don’t go broke we just have to wait it out but NO chance at all to see SP over 3c for a long long time.
(people have called me up saying they think 5c is possible)

I know some will disagree and call me up tomorrow saying I’m wrong but to me I can’t see it jumping when the dilution now is well beyond my acceptance level.
With no real satellites in space 4 bill shares I can accept for 200 pearls up but not 8.
My contact also has gone very quiet also and his the one organising it so I must say to be honest as I alway am I’m concerned that it’s a dead duck.
I hope I’m wrong and they do get the money then at least I still have a chance to get something back one day.

Any thoughts on this matter ,
I’m sick of bickering with non holders so I won’t no more.
But I’m interested to see what others are thinking and do you agree with what I wrote or not and why.

As investors, we make decisions based on the information we had at the time. It is a bit rough to criticise Hunter for changing his sentiment towards SAS- haven't most of us got dissapointed by them and changed from optimism to frustration to anger?

The potential and MOU planned were fantastic, but the changing of the goal posts and under delivery are destroying the dream.

We need visionary dreamers with grand ideas, but maybe dreamers need someone with discipline and wisdom to help manage the company and transform that dream into reality.
(Meir, step aside, you are destroying the dream)

I hope SAS survives, but at this stage it looks like other better managed companies will do what SAS has been claiming it would. It doesn't matter how good SAS technology is if it's not in space bringing in revenue.
