My concern is that Meir has been unable to replace the aus directors, unable to find funds, due diligence from professional investors has resulted in no deal. So now the only option is the shareholders sucked into the dream, being asked to willingly get ripped off again.
IF there was a history of wise use of shareholder funds, achieving what they say, I would be happy to participate in CR. It has huge potential.
However, Sas has history of overpromising, under-delivering, and changing the goal posts mid game. It would have been wiser to get the sats in the sky and have small revenue flowing, rather than trying for world domination.
I want Sas to be successful, but distrust Meir to manage shareholder funds or company decisions wisely.
