I think they know they can get the money how do they know 1c and how many options ?
Every 4 shares they get 1 option.
Did they pull these figures out of thin air.
BM to smart the same people that pulled out of CR in the institution’s got back in at 1c they got 3 times as much as they would of got if they kept it in.
Very smart move
