Welcome to ICG. I assume you are a member of the Professional Investor Group. I have been a member for about 3 years and I cannot answer your question regarding input or what he has brought to the table. I note his experience is in obtaining funding for private and listed companies. I also note that the previous 2 CRs were at at a disasterous discount to current SP at that time. I wasn't a fly on the wall when those discussions were taking place. I also note the the director doesn't own many shares in ICG.
