The 1.5c is more a reflection of what star strikers shares will be worth after acquiring intiger based on no more information at all. Think of it this way, if intiger turns out to be a flop the fair value is set at 1.5c according to them. There is obviously the MW/MR factor priced in since everyone is expecting them to deliver a strong company hence our SP premium of 0.05-0.008c over that stated value until all is revealed.
