Either you do not have any understanding of what a performance share actually is or you're deliberately trying to mislead people. Considering you've spent enough time on a stock market forum to make nearly 10,000 posts, it's reasonable to assume that by now you would have a sound understanding of something so basic as performance shares and you are only posting on SRT again to deliberately mislead. It's unfortunate that blatant down-rampers don't get banned from these forums as easily as blatant up-rampers.

For the uninitiated, no, there will not be 1.26 billion extra shares on issue soon. There will not even be 1.26 billion shares on issue in total. From p49 of the Notice of Meeting:

"Total Shares on issue after completion of the Acquisition 1,049,618,364"

"Notes:
1. In the event only the minimum amount is raised under the Capital Raising ($2,480,610.98) only 124,030,549 Shares would be issued resulting in the total Shares on issue after completion of the Acquisition being 999,618,364."
