I don't know ... Guessing maybe there maybe some issue with the rights to the technology being developed at Spookfish ???
I know a number of the Spookfish employee's are ex Nearmap which has very similar tech and which is likely to be a competitor in the future ... maybe Nearmap are getting ansy about who owns the IP ??? Who knows... ?
Personally don't like much of the language used in that paragraph ...delays ...obtain licenses at reasonable cost required ....claim of infringement ....lawsuit.... suspect its not good for share price in the short term.
