I follow WSR as they are a potential competitor to NEA which I hold.
If I was a WSR shareholder I would be very concerned about that infringement paragraph.
Litigation can drag on for years. I would also be concerned about the fact that the SP has gone from 1c to 6c so quickly, the Co. is in its infancy and there is a CR coming up at 3.5c. Also, NEA have such a big headstart.
This is not a down ramp - I would buy into this in a heartbeat if I thought the returns would be there. At the moment I don't.
On the plus side, the technology looks good and they have attracted some heavy hitting investors. I think they also have some good technical people.
If I had been fortunate enough to get into this in the early days I'd be selling and happy with my multi bagger.
