I'm a bit confused by this. Admittedly I haven't read all the detail but..

They're issuing an extra 5.6billion shares (on top of the current 600m shares).

A price of 0.026 to 0.042 would indicate a market cap of between $160m-260m. That doesn't seem right.

I guess the calc is based on existing issued shares i.e. 600m? That would indicate a market cap of between $15.5m and $25m which is a little more realistic.

If that is the case, then with dilution the indicative share price is more like $0.0025 to $0.004? That also makes more sense with the $0.001 issue price.

With 6.2b shares on issue they'd have to do a consolidation soon after relisting you would think.

Regardless, it's positive there is still life in it. GLTAH
