Look its hard for me to write a esssy cause i am always on my phone, but i am so skeptical about what you just said.
In my mind it dose not matter about consolidation because ecm control 5.6bill shares the other 500 mill or so by various directors? And everyone else.
So i thought it dose not matter because the share price can still hit 26c. Cause of the controlling factor, and if it did hit a high getting capital from investors would not be a problem.

Im not a professional either so i could most certainly be wrong its just whats churrning through my brain.
