from my experience a share consolidation is only worthwhile when a company
is having a turn-around and the share price is on the rise.
Ive not heard of a consolidation by a coy when the sp is plumbing new lows. Maybe
someone on here has a contra experience.
Perhaps the resolution wont be passed… we'll wait and see.
