Maybe NTA $2.28 is included unpaid dividend of $0.22.
Unit holders have received enough dividends and it is good time to wind up because of low Australian dollar against US dollar.
Fund manager should give the unit holders chance to sell unit to the buyer directly or through ASX before and after delisting from ASX.
