    I think I can create better value for myself by voting no and letting the Co go into liquidation. The tax benefit to me is greater than the value of any diluted shares I get in a public company which has no assets or business activity and which is almost certainly not going to be allowed to list publicly on the ASX in its reconstructed form. I most likely wouldn't be able to sell those shares ever.
