With regards to the upcoming meeting and the voting on proposed resolutions.I would like to confirm that you are aware that the top 3 shareholders are related parties (according to Takeover Panel advice 2015). One of the top 3 shareholders (Noble) stands to gain by the sale if the ResGen asset in South Africa and by the passing of the proposed resolutions. Therefore, I am enquiring if the top 3 shareholders will be excluded from voting in the proposed resolutions? I look forward to your response regarding this issue
