with reference to Resource Generation Limited (RES) and the ASX announcement of 28 April 2022.

I am a shareholder of RES.I am requesting that the virtual meeting scheduled for Friday 27 May 2022 be delayed and the no voting take place of the proposed resolutions until such time as ASIC has assessed and determined the outcome of complaints made to it by a number of RES shareholders regarding the RES administration process and the sale of RES assets.The outcome of ASIC investigations regarding these matters is material to the future direction which RES may take. As such the scheduled meeting and proposed voting on resolutions is premature and must be delayed.
