They are self sufficient - as in they earn enough revenue to support their current staff. The only reason they don’t show a profit is because they keep expanding which costs a bit of investment. Every time they expand they generate enough sales to justify the expansion and be self sufficient in their new size. So they expand again. There is no evidence that they are having problems generating sales and are showing massive revenue growth.
At every point on the growth curve they’ve been self sufficient for the staff they have. All they have to do if they want a profit is to stop hiring.
