which begs the question - how many suppliers have they pi$$ed off, how many would never ever consider supplying them again, and how many new suppliers will look at this and say no way jose!!! even if they score new supply, theyll be held hostage to much stricter payment terms or they stop supply....none of this 2 years later, if we can at all business.....

btw - 30% of nearly $200m trade payables (~$60m) is still a massive number, given they have zero liquidity to pay the interest (barely a few $mill), let alone the principal, of these convertible notes!!!

but do remember the buyback mngt did that cost ~$1m at 7 times the prevailing SP at the time.....why pay interest or payback suppliers when you can do an internal BB instead...shame regular holders mi$$ed out....
