BRL remains a derisory stock, judging by the market action.
The company itself has practically stopped backing back its shares. Their buy back announcement tells you that they think 14 cents is it...they don't see it worth any more.
And 14 cents is a huge line in the sand, technically speaking. This is where the share price started collapsing when the last CEO Hamish is at the wheels. I think you will continue to see large supply coming in at 14 cents.
Talley's or no Talley's, market is not impressed at all, even by the 11% buyout by Talley's. Talley's was being opportunistic...that is the market's verdict so far.
